Inside ONWAA is a podcast show hosted by Ray Fox of the Ontario Native Welfare Administrators’ Association. We will share stories, knowledge, and conversations that matter to the ONWAA community. From our history and elder’s wisdom, to the challenges and opportunities our communities face today, each episode brings together voices that inspire, inform, and strengthen our membership. Whether you are a life-long member or simply curious to learn more, join us as we explore the issues, stories, and teachings that guide our work.

Episode 1: The History of ONWAA - In this episode, we sit down with Elder Susie Taylor and special guest, Curve Lake First Nation's Chief Keith Knott, to reflect on the history of the Ontario Native Welfare Administrators’ Association. Part oral history, part personal storytelling, this conversation traces the organization’s beginnings, the founder Kathleen Taylor, the challenges faced, and the vision that continues to guide our work today.
