Ontario Works Reporting Requirements (TPON)

Every year the Ontario Works Administrator (OWA) or delegated staff are required to submit funding requests to the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services (MCCSS) through Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON) to receive funding to deliver their program.

This Regional training will provide participants with information on the 2026-2027 Service contract process and how to complete the Ontario Works reporting requirements. 

In this session participants will:

• Understand the Ontario Works service contract process (timelines and requirements for 2026-2027)
• Navigate TPON to access the budget submission template, year-end reports, and the service contract.
• Review the Outcomes Tracking Sheet.
• Enhance computer skills to troubleshoot simple tech issues with TPON and navigate the Adobe template.

By the end of this workshop, participants will feel comfortable navigating TPON to access and complete their annual reporting requirements.

Participants will be required to bring their laptops to the session.
