Service Planning/Life Stabilization WebEx

This 1.5 hour session will provide participants with an overview of the Ministry-required updated Service Plan for the new 2-year business cycle which begins April 1st. They can expect to learn the elements of the service plan and explore best practices on facilitating a planning process that is reflective of their program, participants, and community. Life Stabilization will be examined and best practices to contribute towards supporting wholistic wellness for OW/ODSP clients which contributes to their personal goals and successes.
