Motivational Strategies of Change Management - Thunder Bay

Progressive organizations view change management as an opportunity to evolve and transform. This session will highlight a variety of change management theories beneficial to change and improving organizational excellence.

In this 2-day session, participants will:

• Understand the importance of defining and assessing organizational culture and needs when preparing for and facilitating change management;
• Explore fundamental change management theories and styles as frameworks or guides to facilitate and manage change within their community;
• Have practical application opportunities to identify required change and determine which change management strategy would be most effective and/or appropriate;
• Identify communication, coaching, conflict resolution tools and skills best designed to support change management.
