Motivational Strategies of Change Management

Progressive organizations view change management as an opportunity to evolve and understand motivating individuals to shift from dependency to independence requires change management tools and strategies. This session will highlight a variety of change management theories beneficial to facilitating change and improving organizational excellence within programs and explore strategies to motivate individuals to change their personal circumstances. Participants can expect discussions of management styles, and strategies to prepare, support and implement change for individuals.
