Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) and the Transition to Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)

This 1.5 hour session will provide participants with information on:

• what ACSD is;
• eligibility criteria for ACSD;
• what items and services are provided;
• that application process;
• how to transition to ODSP when recipient reaches 18 years of age.
