Progressive organizations view change management as an opportunity to evolve and transform. This session will highlight a variety of change management theories beneficial to facilitating change and improving organizational excellence.
In this 2-day session, participants will:
- Understand the importance of defining and assessing organizational culture and needs when preparing for and facilitating change management;
- Explore fundamental change management theories and styles as frameworks or guides to facilitate and manage change within their organization;
- Have practical application opportunities to identify required change and determine which change management strategy would be most effective and/or appropriate;
- Identify communication, coaching, conflict resolution tools and skills best designed to support change management.
We have arranged for the event to allow assistive devices. We welcome service animals and support persons. We will notify you of any temporary disruptions and encourage you to let us know how we are doing in the area of accessibility so we can improve our services.
Out-of-province non-members: a fee of $550 will be invoiced for attendance.
